Partial Care
Partial Care provides a therapeutic milieu/environment which sends a message of hope that recovery from mental illness is possible. The program utilizes a psychiatric rehabilitation approach which emphasizes recovery oriented and wellness based services to help individuals attain valued roles in their communities and lead healthy lives. Program staff are trained to provide evidence-based and best practices designed to assist consumers move toward their recovery and wellness goals.
Northwest Essex Community Healthcare Network is a non-profit organization that accepts Medicaid & Medicare Coverage. Assistance is provided to Medicaid/Medicare eligible consumers. As a State licensed community mental health center, we are able to offer a sliding scale fee for those clients who are not covered by one of these plans.
